Toddler Programs
Designed for 1.5-3.5 year olds, these classes build language, social, and motor skills through singing, creative movement, and instrument play. Weekly sessions focus on confidence-building, turn-taking, and emergent literacy through interactive musical stories and games.
Preschool Music
Preschool music classes (3-5 years) integrate pretend play with musical concepts to develop cognitive skills and creativity. Children explore vocal development, rhythm, and musical storytelling while preparing for formal music instruction through engaging group activities.
Online Music Circles
Live Zoom sessions for families with children aged 0-6 years. Our virtual classes maintain interactive elements like instrument play, movement activities, and theme-based music exploration, with supplemental resources for continued learning at home.
Summer Camps

Mar 06, 2020 Report
Little Hands Music and its founder, Beth Frook, greatly contributed to my twin daughters' early childhood development through their wonderful music and movement programs. We have participated in the Reston-based Little Hands programs at Brown's Chapel for more than three years, since my girls were 14 months old, as well as Little Hands' summer music camp program at the Lake House. Beth's warm and engaging personality - and singing voice - coupled with her extensive knowledge as an early childhood educator and musician as well as her wisdom as a mother herself all contribute to a fantastic experience for the children participating in her programs. Beth and her staff do an exceptional job of nurturing, celebrating and cherishing each child's participation and contributions. This was one of the best investments we made for our girls - I only wish I had started with Little Hands when my girls were infants.
