2-08-2022 Update - Outstanding customer service! I am pleased beyond words that Vincitore is my store of choice for all my piano needs. There are many authorized Yamaha Piano dealers in the tri-state area and after extensive research, I chose to do business with Vincitore's Hudson Valley Piano Center. I am very impressed with the fact that they are a family owned and operated business since 1946.

They strive in providing outstanding customer service and are committed to excellence in all that they do. I was looking to upgrade my Yamaha P45 Digital Piano, I called Vincitore to discuss my options. They were very generous with their time in guiding me. I am happy to say, unequivocally, and with their guidance, I made the right choice to purchase the "new" Clavinova CLP-745. This piano is amazing and it has been an absolute joy to play daily and my lessons are progressing nicely.

I have gone to Vincitore's for decades and always appreciated their friendly, excellent service. Twice I have hired them for piano moving, including today when they moved my baby grand in my house. The care they took with the instrument was phenomenal. They knew exactly what they were doing and got it done so quickly. This is a great local business that cares about their customers and makes sure that everything is done right.

I found my forever piano here this month. I wasn't looking for a lifetime instrument. Jon was wonderful, there was ZERO pressure and he seemed as happy for me as I was when I settled on my beautiful Steinway B! The movers were careful and professional (tip these guys, they are skilled!) and I would recommend Vincitore's to anyone, regardless of the level of piano you are looking for. They have something for everyone!

I took piano lessons at Vincitore's for 12 years growing up. Not only did they employ the greatest music instructors, but their service, goods, and facilities were always top-notch. I remember as a child wanting to quit piano lessons (normal kid-mini-tantrums) and I'm SO thankful that my parents didn't let me. I know I'd have missed out if I didn't have the Vincitore's experience in my life and I wouldn't be so musically inclined today without their support and guidance. Also, they were always our go-to for service and tuning on our piano. Thank you all for your expertise over many years.
