David provided excellent assistance in tuning my violin. It appears that the change in weather affected the pegs, causing them to slip. Dave did an incredible job explaining the situation and how to resolve the issue. His patience in addressing my concerns was truly commendable. I'm thrilled to have discovered this shop, conveniently located just 5 miles from my home.

I have been buying guitars from these guys since 1999 when I was 18 and had been playing for a few years and wanted a 12 string. Still have that Dean12 string, and 3 of my 6 Guitars are from them, and they always have great deals on used stuff. Top notch service and personality plus. Just rented my 5th grade daughter her first violin too (dang I am getting old), and it was a fantastic experience as always. Will be back whenever we need anything as usual. Local business for the win!
