Ballet
Our ballet program builds foundational dance skills while developing strength, coordination, and artistic expression. Students learn proper technique through barre work and floor combinations. The curriculum emphasizes posture, flexibility, and musicality, preparing dancers for all other styles while fostering discipline and perseverance.
Leadership Training
Integrated into all advanced classes, our leadership program teaches goal-setting, teamwork, and community service. Students practice mentorship by assisting younger dancers while developing communication skills and personal responsibility through structured leadership activities and performance opportunities.
Aerial Silks
Offered in partnership with Mountain Shadows, this program develops strength and grace through aerial fabric work. Students learn controlled movements, inversions, and choreographed sequences while building core strength and spatial awareness in a progressive, safety-focused environment.
Pre-Dance
Designed for ages 2-4, these classes introduce dance basics through playful activities. Using props and music, instructors teach coordination, classroom etiquette, and simple choreography while nurturing natural movement curiosity in a parent-assisted or independent format.
Adult Classes
Beginner to advanced classes cater to adult learners' fitness and artistic goals. Programs focus on technical improvement while providing stress relief and social connection. No prior experience required, with options for casual participation or structured progression.

Springs Dance exemplifies superb instruction and teach the students that dance is more than just cool moves and correct form.they instill strong leadership skills and capitalize on the individual strengths of each student. During this COVID-19 pandemic they rose the occasion by producing an outdoor recital so that the parents and extended family/friends could celebrate the hard work of the students. My kiddos will be students of this facility for as long as possible.

I have trained in Capoeira here for about a year now and could not be more pleased. All of the instructors are amazing and have their own unique teaching style that stregnthens and encourages each and every student. Although I only attend capoeira classes, the entire staff is so welcoming and friendly that I quickly came to know everyone at the studio and feel like I'm part of the family. I recommend this very family friendly environment to anyone of any age or experience level.

My daughter has been going here for three years and we are so happy with her experience here. Their new studio on Centennial is beautiful, and the instructors are wonderful. The recitals are something that we really look forward to each year as well. Great place, I would recommend it to anyone.
