Nice and courteous teachers. Been with them for over 3 years, but finally got frustrated with the admin/front desk personnel. Indifferent policies that are not student friendly. Good luck with trying to reschedule. Also, Expensive considering other similar local options. Better off working with individual teachers - cheaper, more accommodative and don't need to deal with a discourteous and unfriendly staff.

Center's policies are not flexible. Quality of teaching obviously differs by the teachers we choose. Recitals are done in smaller groups.
