I grew up visiting WHOM, and utilized them when I purchased my son's Euphonium, even though I now live in the Black Hills of SD. We stopped in today while on vacation and the service we received was outstanding! My son's saxophone cork was repaired while we shopped, they arranged to order a book of music and have it available before we have to leave the area. We were able to stock up on reeds, music & sample instruments, all while being taken care by their amazing staff!

I went to the White House of Music to have a strap button installed on my accoustic-electric concert ukulele. The people there were kind and knowledgeable. They answered the questions I had. The whole process took about seven business days; sent to their specialist at another location. It was worth the wait. The button is chrome to match the tuning pegs and I am grateful to know it was done right.

It is very sturdy and still plays perfectly when plugged into an amp. Definitely a great value. The White House of Music has a selection of quality shoulder straps and ukulele sheet music to choose from as a bonus. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a trustworthy team that will give your instrument the care it deserves.

A great keyboard from a great store! The piano was straightforward to set up, and the tone/touch is as close to an acoustic that one could desire. Love the wooden keys, definitely my favorite aspect of the keyboard! It looks and feels like top notch quality! Jonah from the Germantown location did such a thorough job taking care of the order. There's never been a time I couldn't count on him to help get me what I need : He's always nice and super helpful! Thanks White House for providing me with my new best piano/friend!

Brian was a great help in the harmonica section. He was also extremely encouraging to me as I am discovering the world of playing the harmonica. All of the White House of Music employees are great, but today, Brian stood out as a wonderful resource in the store! Yes, I bought a harmonica and partly because he was so helpful!

Went to White House of Music to look for a digital piano on the advice of my instructor. When I stopped in, the staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to try different pianos and asking several questions. As we discussed the benefits and tradeoffs of different options, they helped me find the perfect digital piano for me. Truth be told, I wasn't even considering this piano when I walked in the door, but it was exactly what I wanted, and it was in my price range. That's the benefit of having a knowledgeable, local music store!
