Very nice selection and reasonably priced. Went in to get guitar strings but walked out with a new keyboard and stand as well. I had been wanting to learn for a while and luckily found a great beginner setup at MMC to get me started.

I needed a copy of a violin solo/piano accompaniment for Solo & Ensemble Festival, which was about two weeks away. I called Moore Music from Georgia. They ordered it for me and arranged for the publishing company to express mail it to my home in Georgia via UPS. A few days later I called to order another item (solo book) and Moore Music came to the rescue again. We had our performance today and the adjudicator had the score. What a life saver Moore Music is when I'm on a crunch.

I have not had a bad experience at Moore Music since we first step foot inside almost 2 years ago! The staff is ALWAYS so welcoming, patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Any "problems" or questions we have had have been immediately addressed, answered and resolved with kindness and ease! I most definitely recommend them to ANYONE!

Staff and technicians are very helpful. The technicians that worked on my granddaughters saxophone and trumpet help me turn their instruments around since they only had a week in Greensboro as they were to returning back Alabama where there is no help for their instruments. The sales staff can be relied upon to give you good information reference what you need for your musicians supplies

Naomi is an example of what customer service should be. She was very helpful, kind and patient. She helped with our selection and saved us a great deal of money. Please ask for her when you visit Moore Music. By the way. nobody paid me to sing her praises. There is a reason Moore has stayed in business this long!

I came into the store looking for help with a ukulele I had purchased elsewhere. Josh was super helpful in assisting me and pointed out a defect in my instrument. He gave me several options that would solve my issue, most of them involving doing business with another local business. Ultimately I decided to purchase a new instrument from them and return my other uke. He was helpful in pointing out features and personal experience with several of their brands which helped me make an informed choice. I have once again had a fantastic experience with the staff at Moore Music!

I needed to order difficult to find organ music. Josh assisted me in obtaining it. Josh exceeded my expectations. He was very patient and made me feel important by showing a very caring attitude. He took time to inform me of the different arrangements available so I could choose the best one that suited me. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I highly recommend Josh and Moore Music Company hands down.

Was super easy and quick to get a viola instrument for my daughter. Would definitely recommend this place. Was neat to see a whole room of people in the back doing a ukulele class and having fun. Looking forwarded the next time we come back to this store.

Moore Music Company is the champion of all music stores! They are professional, friendly and very efficient at getting your needs handled. I had a 20+ year old trumpet cleaned and repaired here. I also had a 50+-year-old Cornet cleaned and repaired here. And they will even fix the menacing stuck mouthpiece of a trumpet after your 5 year-old drops it! And they do it all with a smile! I have been to several other music stores in the area and they dont even compare.

Ive been shopping at this music store for many years and the workers are very helpful and friendly . I cannot put into words how much I am thankful to have this store close by. The choices of books are wonderful and since I am a piano teacher it is so helpful to be able to look through different books.

We recently rented a violin for my son from Moore Music. The employees here are super friendly, efficient, and professional. We could have rented the instrument closer to home but Moores has the best price in town & no one can match their customer service! My son hasnt even started lessons yet and is already ecstatic to play his violin!

Mr Moore was so awesome! He found my daughter a great guitar, a tuner, and case with change to spare (knowing exactly how much she brought). I know he probably worked out a discount for her, but he was encouraging a child to play an instrument and it meant the world to me (and my daughter!) We are thrilled and will be back!
