Emmanuelle Scully
Emmanuelle Boers-Scully, born in The Netherlands of Dutch-French parents, was just five when she started to play the violin. Raised in a musical family she played the violin all through her childhood before deciding to make it her profession.
She completed her studies at the Brabants Conservatorium in Holland, majoring in the violin. Over the years she has played in various symphony and chamber orchestras in Europe and the United States, while also teaching many students of all ages.

We love Emanuelle's studio and her instruction. My husband and I both come from musical families, so finding a strong teacher was a top priority, when our daughter first expressed interested in learning the violin. Emanuelle has exceeded our expectations. As a professional musician, she's knowledgeable, kind, talented and goes above and beyond to make the learning experience enjoyable. The cherry on top is that she's written, illustrated and published the first book she uses for beginners. She knows the content first-hand and even tells stories along the way. We'd give her 10 stars, if we could.

I am so grateful to have found Emmanuelle! I played the violin for a year when I was a child and found myself in my late 20s wanting to learn it again. She is the most patient, kind and encouraging teacher, and she is a beautifully skilled violinist with fantastic methods of teaching. I could not have asked for anyone better, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to learn how to play, or anyone who already plays and wants to further develop/maintain their skills.
