Structured guitar lessons for children aged 5 and up combine technical skill development with music literacy. Our small group format (2-4 students) allows personalized attention while fostering ensemble interaction. The curriculum builds from foundational techniques to advanced musicianship through a progressive, research-backed approach that transforms beginners into accomplished players.

Step-by-step literacy programs teach note recognition and rhythmic notation through engaging, age-appropriate material. Students progress from single-string melodies to multi-voice textures while developing cultural awareness through diverse musical traditions. The systematic approach ensures confident reading ability while maintaining student engagement through fun, achievable milestones.

Early introduction to ensemble performance builds musical collaboration and listening skills. Participants experience part-playing, rounds, and multi-part arrangements of familiar folk songs. This component develops timing, ensemble awareness, and musical sensitivity while creating opportunities for public performances that build confidence and stage presence through structured, supportive environment.

Balanced curriculum integrates technical exercises with solo repertoire to develop individual expression. Students cultivate proper posture, finger mechanics, and performance techniques through carefully sequenced material. Our program accommodates children aged 5 and up, with curriculum specifically designed for different developmental levels.

The affordable starter package includes essential materials and instrument access to begin lessons, plus home practice resources for parental support.

Our instructors undergo rigorous training in child development, technical instruction, and our proprietary curriculum through background checks and skill auditions.

Parents receive tools to support learning at home and are welcome to observe lessons to better assist with practice sessions.

We provide voluntary performance opportunities including recitals and ensemble showcases to build confidence and showcase students' progress.

Mr. Brown is not only a great instructor, he is One of a kind who has a great passion for music. He is patient and teaches with enthusiasm. He can also play the guitar very well. Mr. Browne is the absolute best! My 3 children (11, 9 &8) have been taking guitar lessons from Mr. Browne for two years and the growth they have experienced is phenomenal. They had 0 musical knowledge prior to starting the program and had never held a guitar. Currently, they are reading music and have a foundational knowledge of music theory. With children, like my daughter, who don't practice as they should, he uses techniques of encouragement and examples of what they could become.
