Asbury Arts Center is located on the corner of Sandridge and Henley Road in Lake Asbury. This is less than 15 minutes from Middleburg, Fleming Island, Orange Park, and Green Cove Springs. AAC also offers classes and private lessons in piano, guitar, drums, and more. Martial arts classes are focues in Taekwondo which is like Karate, but stems from Korea. All of our faculty are degreed and/or have professional experience in their fields of expertise while also providing a friendly and fun learning experience for students of all ages and levels.

Regular classes run from September through June of each year with and end of the year recitals for some of the classes. AAC offers ASAP - After School Arts Program with transportation from Lake Asbury Elementary and Shadowlawn Elementary Schools.

I think they need to do a better job hiring more kid friendly dance instructors. My daughter attended the ballet class this summer with instructor Abby. My impression of her was that she was not very bubbly, welcoming, or perhaps just didnt want to be there. This is concerning for the age group she was teaching (3-5 year olds). No disrespect to her personally, but when you are teaching young children you need to be approachable and friendly. My daughter is on the shy side and seemed visibly scared of her. The school shouldve done a better job staffing accordingly.

Moving from Miami to the Lake Asbury/Jacksonville area, I wasnt familiar with many of the local businesses, so finding the right dance studio for my daughter was very important to me. After doing a lot of research, I decided to visit Asbury Arts Center, and Im so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and truly family-oriented. I was given a tour of the studio and was impressed by the variety of classes and opportunities they offer for children of all ages and interests.

One thing I especially appreciated was the camera system, which allows parents peace of mind and creates a safe, secure environment for the students.

Choosing Asbury Arts Center was one of the best decisions I made after moving here. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming dance studio. I can proudly say Im now the happy mom of a hip-hop student!

My little one loves her ballet stars class. Staff is friendly and attentive. Answered all my questions and made the enrollment process quick and easy. Very happy with how they prioritize childrens safety and privacy. Great way to get your littles out of their routine and socializing with kids their age. Definitely recommend!

Ever since we have moved to Florida 2 1/2 years ago Asbury arts studio has been a positive place for my daughter to go to. They have all types of dance to fit everyone's style! And the teachers are all amazing role models! I can't give Asbury arts enough stars they given my daughter confidence beyond and much more! I recommend Asbury arts to everyone who wants to try dance music or etc!

My daughter loves Asbury Arts. We use their after school program from LAE and she's on the competition team. She has gained many friendships and so much confidence this past year being a part of their program! The staff, parents, and dancers that are involved are wonderful!

Owner as well as staff members were very very rude and unprofessional. I am a 63 year old grandmother that is involved in my granddaughter's activities. I love to watch her in every chance I can. I accidentally walked into the wrong room to watch her and boy was that a mistake. They told me I was not allowed to watch her anywhere in the building, if I did want to watch her I would have to go stand out back in the 96 degree weather and watch thru a dirty window.

The only reason I can think they are doing this is because of the size of the building about 20'w x 40'L. And the price that I pay (which is very high) she will NOT be coming back. They also run a very very small "after school program" (which it is called that to get away with all the state regulations) and I know I would not want this type of attitude around my children.

I know if I owned a business I would have handled this situation much different and told her I was sorry for walking in that room. With this type of customer service I do not see them being in business very long. God Bless

Love Asbury Arts! My son was in Rockin Tots and has cried every week when I tell him he has to wait until August to start up again! I shopped around as I had danced from 2-17 and am so glad I found a place that Hunter enjoys so much and they are super patient with his rambunctious little self.

Asbury Arts Center is such an exceptional studio. Knowing that the training is top-notch, I feel ready to take on the world. I love it so much that I end up taking as many classes as humanly possible! This year I take ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop and another form of expression: piano!
