We were here for a recital. My youngest were a little too noisy, so I had to leave the room. The employees were very kind and showed me a couch area to be with my kids. Sometimes, small kindnesses shows you what kind of store it is, in this case caring and personal.

Had a great experience at this shop and walked away with a beautiful digital piano for a fair price. One of my happiest/most exciting purchases ever! I was making a tough decision between digital pianos and weighted keyboards. Had done a ton of internet searching but just couldn't decide what I wanted. Decided I'd go to Schmitt and take a look around. Was fully WILLING to walk away with a piano, but wasn't necessarily fully EXPECTING to. Staff was excellent and not pushy at all.

They go the extra mile. A big thank you to the staff at Brooklyn Park Schmitt Music! Teenage grandson received grandma's guitar. We bought new strings. The staff educated him while they replaced the old strings. Lots of great tips from the staff person who plays guitar and loves music!
