My favorite music store in the valley! I take my guitars there for repair and jam on their variety of acoustic and electric guitars while I wait, and Norm is the best guitar tech around! Every single time I drop a guitar off for repair, I expect a large bill and extended wait time. Norm has my guitar back the next day every time and it has never cost me more that 40 dollars and that's including an entire fret adjustment, cleaning, new strings, tuning, new batteries etc., barely 40 dollars. Excellent staff and great products. Thanks again guys!

I had taken piano lessons on two different occasions with two different teachers and the one kept canceling on me until they were just too busy to teach me. Then, the other one told me I "had to learn to read the notes" when I openly had no experience in music theory. Hence, the reason for lessons. He also often would fall asleep, like I get that he probably had another job during the day, but still not acceptable. I didn't learn anything and found myself giving up for the last few years in frustration. Willing to give it another try with a new teacher, but I am skeptical of the quality of lessons.

I've had Norm do setups on a couple of my guitars. He knows his stuff, and he really takes pride in his work! I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Honest pricing too. Bring your guitar babies to Norm! He'll, no doubt, surprise you.

My daughter bought a used guitar and we needed someone to look at it and help her set it up. We walked in and Norm helped us out. He went above and beyond to make sure it was in good working condition. We highly recommend this place and will be back soon.

I had really bad fret buzz on an electric guitar and didn't really know what I was doing when trying to solve the problem. Norm spent 10 minutes with it in the back and now it plays the best since iv owned it! Great people. Guys like to joke around in there. Highly recommend.

I have to attest to the praises of Norm's work that I heard prior to receiving his service. He really is "the best". I brought in my friend's broken guitar. The wood of the body was split and just when I thought all hope was lost, Norm came to the rescue. Not only was his fix quality work, but it was also speedy. The freshly polished guitar was ready for me the next day. Thank you Norm and all who make The Center of Music and Art a welcoming place. I definitely recommend their service.
