We decided to upgrade from an upright to a grand, and went to Richmond Piano to see how many options were out there. We spent about two hours in the showroom and played several different pianos repeatedly. The owner was very patient. We were very happy with our purchase there - a new Kawai GX2. The piano looks beautiful and has a warm and beautiful sound.
