They are an awesome store that has helped me repair and modify two of my guitars, and their luthier does an amazing job. Highly recommend if you want to customize an instrument (particularly a guitar)!

Not very friendly! I get it, stupid tourist asking stupid questions! But remember, people have money and you want them to spend it. If you treat people poorly, they'll go someplace else. At least ACT like you're happy that customers walk in.

Will never buy anything here. Won't let you touch guitars, won't let you touch Amps. Bad customer service. Would not recommend anyone to shop here.

Building LOOKS nice in outside, but inside smells as old as it is. Lack of stock due to COVID-19, but they do have a LARGE selection for such a small building. Effect pedals FOR DAYS! Prices are competitive.
