My experience here was awesome! I needed the mouthpiece removed from my son's trumpet, it's a rental from a place in Vancouver. I walked in, Mark walked up to me said "uh oh" but knew exactly what to do. He was gone for may 7 minutes tops and came back with a fixed trumpet. Explained what he did and what probably happened. I asked him how much and he jokingly said $20,000 just put it in the mail. It was so nice! I shook his hand and left so happy to get my son's trumpet back to him in time for his concert coming up. What a great store!

Nate is extremely professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Had a Banjo set up and re-strung recently. Had some bridge-pin holes on 2 acoustics reamed to fit larger bridge pins. Bought some Ebony button Tuning knobs from store for my Guild D-55 all with no issues whatsoever. Go support these guys as they should be your one stop shop for local repair, setup, and instrument needs.

The employees are kind and answer all my questions. And the whole atmosphere is laid back which is a solid vibe for a music store. I brought my guitar in one time to be reemed and they took a look at it and fixed it right away. I am grateful they are here in Hillsboro.
