I called to see if they had the item I needed (piano bench). I was told they do sell them. Unfortunately I tried to come three times to be helped. The first time they were closed when it said they would be open. The second I was told "be right with you" and after 27 min. there was no acknowledgement of our presence. The third time I came in and asked about the benches and was abruptly told "we don't sell those" as I was walking out they seemed to "remember" that they do in fact sell them. So, he pointed to them and walked away and said "I'll be rude to you since you're rude" (I was just frustrated that I had already gone through all of this only to not be helped a third time).
I have a young child that will be playing piano. It was not only a sale today, but potentially a lifetime customer. I felt judged, ignored, looked down on, and dismissed. I saw men come in and be treated like gold. They just want your money. There is no interest at Jacob's Music to inspire you with music or support. I definitely do not recommend supporting this business.

We came here with our family and were given a very warm welcome. Sonja was so personable and helpful. We really appreciated the warmth and knowledge and will definitely be back here when in town! The pianos here are great quality and have a solid sound. Great experience!

I was there years ago but I took lessons there. I learned a lot but my teacher would often be on her phone calling people in the middle of my lessons and would be late. Not good for lessons but the pianos were great.

I have been a customer for more than 6 years. Tony O. is always extremely helpful with organizing my events at the store. Many of my students have bought pianos there and have received great customer service (tuning/fixing). Tony has a very welcoming personality and is always there to assist any needs me and my students may have. They also have a great selection of method and song books.

I was impressed with the quality and variety of pianos they have at this store - vertical and grand pianos alike! It's also possible to choose a used piano, which is a less expensive option, and still get a guarantee and/or the 10 year exchange plan. All in all, I feel comfortable recommending this store to my students and friends!
