Gene Owen is the proprietor of Saturday Morning After School Music. He has been teaching music lessons professionally since 1975. He has a Bachelors Degree in Music Education and holds a State of California Teaching Credential. He has been an expert musician since 1962 and a Band, Orchestra, Jazz Band manager and has taught Guitar classes for Los Angeles Unified School District since 1991.
