LearnQuest is a non-profit institution devoted to delivering formal instruction in Indian Classical Music, both Hindustani and Carnatic Styles. Classes are held in Waltham, Acton and Andover, MA on Saturdays and several weekday evenings. The academy includes among its faculty a staff of accomplished and experienced teachers of Indian music in the New England area as well as visiting musicians.

Our team of instructors consists of professional musicians and music school graduates from such schools as Berklee College of Music, New England Conservatory of Music, St. Olaf College,and Arizona State University. All have extensive training on their instruments and years of teaching experience.



Teaching experience: Susanna Fiore has been teaching piano since 1991 in both private and group settings. Ms. Fiore has taught in her own studio in Waltham and at Powers Music School since 1995. Certified to Teach Musikgarten age birth- 9 yrs.

Please remember to turn in all authorization forms. There will be no Music Lab on Friday or Saturday. Suzuki Prep will be held on Friday only. There will be no classes on Saturday makeups only. All new enrollments require an interview with manager. All applications for financial help are now due for all returning students.


Our Jazz Program If you prefer to join, it's not too late! Learn to play Jazz in a tiny group setting! At the Harvey Finstein School of Music HFSM we trust that students will benefit from playing and performing with others. Our jazz ensemble experience offers each student the opportunity for self-expression through improvisation, at an early age, in a comfortable tiny group setting.


Youth pro Musica was established in 1970 by Director Emerita Roberta Humez as part of a collaboration with Boston's renowned Chorus pro Musica. YpM's singers, drawn from over thirty communities in and around Boston, attend weekly rehearsals throughout the school year and perform widely throughout the Greater Boston area. In 1995, YpM proudly established a new choral program located in Dorchester, MA.
