Welcome to the Classical Guitar Store where we currently have specialized in delivering fine instruments to the ever-growing number of classical guitarists, both students and specialists, since 1967. In our thirty eight years of operation we currently have served as the center of classical guitar activities in Philadelphia, teaching 1000's of students, selling, adjusting and repairing guitars, providing a complete line of classical guitar sheet music, and sponsoring concerts and master classes.

To what do we owe our longevity? For one thing, we are still a family-owned business. Jacobs Music Company was established by the Jacobs family in 1900, the same year the Philadelphia Orchestra came into existence. Today, it is run by the Rinaldi family - with the same time-honored values. Our sales consultants really know about the products we carry - and any other one you can find.

Playing an instrument or singing supplies a tremendous sense of accomplishment as an expression of confidence and inner beauty. We seek to supply our students, families, and the community with enriching musical experiences through private, tiny group, and ensemble lessons, as well as musical recitals and public performances throughout the year.
