OUR APPROACH IS UNIQUE At the Children's Music Academy we specialize in teaching music to kids in a fun, positive, non-pressured and lively classroom setting. One of our guitar instructors, Carl Michel, has won an Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in the Musical Composition/Arrangement category. Carl teaches rock, jazz, folk and blues guitar here at Herb David Guitar Studio, and we are very plesed of him. This is Carl's 2nd Emmy and 3rd nomination.
Consisting of string, piano, improvisation and chamber music programs, the IMAP includes private lessons and master classes with tri-weekly concerts in pretty historic locations throughout Pilsen. Sing With Me is an exceptional research-based Music & Movement curriculum designed by an educator to aid meet the criteria for developmentally appropriate activities specific to early childhood music. The audience includes infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and their parents or other family members. Materials can be adapted for K-second Grade and include many infant activities.
