I'm a native of The Berkshires and have been going to Wood Bros since I could hold a guitar. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. Professional and helpful in every possible way, always a great selection of instruments, and if they don't have it they'll get it for you. The owner Chip is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and really knows his business. Check them out!

I needed some help on my guitar's under performance, I called up Wood Bros and caught Chip on the Phone they were closed but Chip took the call and I brought my guitar in. we spoke as Chip diagnosed my instrument and he adjusted the neck, Gave me some tips and I was on my way for $20, best $20 I've spent in a very long time I'll be back I hope. I'd certainly recommend!

Team VP cannot say enough good things about Chip and Wood Bros Music. We live in Michigan and buying musical instruments online can be a huge headache. After a truly awful experience with another online vendor we met Chip by a magical set of coincidences that led us to purchase a really very amazing electric guitar for Mr. MVP. We spoke to Chip through email and then via the telephone and were able to ask all of our questions and when the guitar arrived we were elated at how perfect the guitar really was. Do not hesitate to do business with Wood Bros Music, either online or in person.

This is a really nice little music store, for what it's. It has such a great variety of different instruments, including some pretty unique ones as well. It also has a nice collection of guitar petals, if you are into those. I would highly suggest given this store at least one check; it's such a great place to visit, if you are a music fan, as well as if you are in Pittsfield.

I went into this shop looking for a new ukulele and was surprised to see a huge selection of them. The staff was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right uke (despite my picky criteria). Sure, their instruments are a few bucks more than what you'd pay online, but their expertise and hospitality and being able to play it before committing are well worth it.
