Been coming to this store since I was a teenager. The owner is incredibly kind, and has a great sense of humor. I recommend this store for any musician.

Owner is rude. I went in a few years ago just to get some strings for my guitar. The worker behind the counter asks me what type. Being a novice I was confused so he proceeds to tell me about the different types of string materials and how they affect sound and your guitar. The owner walks over, grabs some strings and tosses them on the counter at me as we are talking then walks away without any acknowledgment. I don't know if he was frustrated at the worker or what, but either way it really rubbed me wrong. Im currently in the market for a new guitar but won't set foot in there

I have never been, but have been dying to go. I have been on the website and looked up items that I needed, seems like they have great prices, and seemed to have what I needed.

They weren't very knowledgeable about doing setups on a Floyd rose guitar, the first time I asked if they could put a set of 9's and tune my guitar a half step down the bridge sunk to the body, I didn't like the feel so I asked to go to a higher gauge and the bridge was up at a angle and not parallel to body as it should be, when I tried playing the guitar the bridge pick up didn't have any sound I was confused as it worked before I took it to this music store. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment

Most of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable for the most part. one guy is kinda dickish but he's not there much thankfully.

Awesome place! Great service and reasonable prices. Hooked me up with a case, cable and tuner! If you need an amp check this place out. Lots of inventory!

These guys were super helpful, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable regarding my MMS students needs for her clarinet. It was evident that they have a strong working relationship with the band teacher there. We will be sure to be supporting this local business and will be coming back for her future instrumental needs.
