Talent Education School of Southern Illinois TESSI was established in 2005 by Alyce Ward piano, Joyce Nelson violin, and David Stoecker guitar, in an effort to supply the Southern Illinois area with high quality musical education option for kids and adults that puts the requirements and well-being of students 1st.
