Dropped guitar off for set up and new jack, easy peasy. Did not install new jack just soldered wires. Waited approx. a month. Yep, a month. $166.00 later and the jack is still shoddy, WoW. 1 star for being a nice guy anyways. I now do business with a gentleman where I drop off 2 guitars at a time which has entailed installing pickups, tremolos, jack's, setup etc.along with courtesy fretboard/body polishing and other little treats he included and his turnover has been 48hrs.or less.

This guy is a master luthier who builds his own guitars, has his own line, makes custom straps for Kiss, Santana Orianthi etc.and pumps my guitars out that quick. Crazy isn't it? So point being anyone who takes longer than 5 days with your guitar is either pulling your leg or is incompetent of their trade. Absolutely no excuse for a month long wait.

I've been taking guitar lessons from Pete for several years and have enjoyed it and learned a lot. I'm also part of the evening adult jazz combo with some neighborhood dad friends. I recommend the school to anyone, kid or adult, who wants to learn to play. The teachers are professional musicians who have chosen to teach; most are graduates of leading music schools who have taught for years in public schools and at the college level. I was surprised to find such a high level of instruction in a quiet suburban town.

Our daughter is really enjoying her guitar lessons with Peter at Sudbury School of Music. She has made wonderful progress and Peter has been so supportive to her as a new player. Peter has always been available to answer questions and has been flexible when we have had unexpected schedule changes. We highly recommend Sudbury School of Music to musicians of all levels!

Our son started guitar lessons with Peter 5 years ago and loved the experience so much that he has been taking lessons regularly ever since. Peter has done a wonderful job teaching our son, including conveying a broad appreciation of music theory. We appreciate Peter's flexibility with scheduling of lessons and the enthusiasm he has for teaching.

Peter and the people he brings in to teach are experienced musicians and experienced in music education (Peter has degrees in both, from Berklee and BU). The depth of music education I've found here has been great, and has helped me grow my musical abilities and understanding. Highly recommend.

I have been taking piano lessons from Allison for 4 years. When I started I could not play a single song. Now I take my keyboard out to gigs and I can play and sing! I appreciate the flexibility, creativity, incredible talent and sincere love of music that she shares and how she supports my goals. She's wonderful. I also just started taking voice lessons from Camilla who is also excellent.

The Sudbury School of Music is great environment for learning music. Pete and his team are incredibly talented and insightful. I've participated in an ensemble there for five years now, and it's really sharpened my playing, my understanding of theory, and the dynamics of playing in a band.

My kids have been taking lessons here for several years. The teachers are knowledgeable and make the lessons fun. The facility is clean and comfortable and even has a stage for ensemble performances.
