We had a very pleasant experience at Steinway Spokane. Warren was patient with me and my family (had all my kids with me!) He helped guide us in our decision and was very professional and courteous. Communication via phone was excellent and he was there to answer all our questions at all times. We love our Kawai baby grand!

This review is long overdue but so deserved. Two years ago we stopped in to peruse, and a few days Warren helped me pull off a great surprise on a tight timeline with an anniversary gift of a Schumann grand for my husband. Tonight we revisited the showroom for my husband's recital and I was reminded just how exquisite the space is. But really what makes this business shine is Warren - he is exceedingly personable, knowledgeable and honest. Can't recommend enough!

Contacted Spokane Steinway asking if my 15 yr old grandson and I could come in and view the pianos with hopes my grandson might have the opportunity to play a Steinway Grand. We were kindly received and my grandson got his wish to play on a concert grand. This experience was made very special by Warren, with his great smile and unending patience, he used his time to share his knowledge and experience with all the various pianos. Warren and the staff at Spokane Steinway piano Gallery were exceptional! No pressure just friendly and informative. My wife had waited several years to get a new piano. We had talked about it many times so I was not prepared when she cried the day it was delivered. A very special moment for sure. Well worth the investment! We love the sound and craftsmanship of the Essex piano and would recommend it to anyone looking for quality sound at an affordable price.! Looking forward to years of music in our home.

This place is awesome. They know their pianos. They have a selection of pianos in the showroom but Warren sent me the whole list of the pianos in their inventory saying he could try to get what I wanted. They had a used one of the kind I wanted so I was able to get it with a discount. I like the fact he was actually helping me find what I needed in my budget, not trying to get me to buy whatever they wanted to sell, which had happened to me at other places. Also he is helping me find a piano teacher for my daughter. Great service and it makes me want to go back. Thank you!

Purchasing our piano at Steinway of Spokane was such a joy. Warren guided us through a fantastic buying experience. My family and I stopped by the Steinway Piano Gallery on a recent visit to Spokane. Our eldest daughter is a pianist and really wanted to see the pianos. The staff working at Steinway is exceptional. They allowed my daughter to play on their world renown piano in a "concert like" room. We were not expecting that at all.
