Each instructor is chosen as a specialist on the instrument they teach, based on their educational background, training and experience. Teachers are encouraged to be members of professional music teachers organizations.
The curriculum is designed specifically with the student in mind. When ready, many students participate in annual organized evaluations, such as the MTAC CM program or RCM Certificate program and follow the course of study for that program.

Southwest Conservatory has been dedicated to providing high quality music lessons to students of all ages since 2001. Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of each student through their musical study. Our teachers work to develop the whole musician in each student, teaching performance, technique, sight reading, ear training and music theory.
Finding the right teacher for your student can make the difference between whether the student flourishes and gets the most out of their music education or becomes discouraged and quits. Southwest Conservatory of Music, established in 2001, is located in west Orange County in the city of Fountain Valley, California. We are dedicated to providing the best possible music lessons to our students, and to that end, we provide well-equipped spacious facilities, in a professional setting, with grand pianos in all of the music studios.
