Singing lessons in Park Ridge Voice Lessons help build confidence in yourself as a performer. You will become a stronger performer by learning classical singing technique, the foundation upon which all vocal training is based. You will learn to breathe, stand, and support your sound through exercises and professionally guided lessons. You will build a repertoire of songs from which you can draw for auditions and performances based on your specific needs. I am well versed in both classical and musical theater selections that are appropriate for your age, voice type and vocal ability.

Lessons should be paid for 1 month prior to services. Missed lessons without 12 hours notice will not be made up. Special Circumstances such as singer illness and unexpected school obligations will be considered excused on a case by case basis. Report
Voice Lessons Private lessons for singers aged 11+. I have a Doctorate in Vocal Music Performance from the Conservatory of Music at University of Missouri-Kansas City. I have been teaching privately for 10 years from a private studio in my home. I teach classical singing technique with an emphasis on forming long term habit which will enable a singer to maintain any style of music. My past students have had the leads and secondary roles in their High School Musicals, have received superior ratings at contest and have been selected to sing in district and state level festival choirs. My college students have been accepted into programs at Northwestern, Loyola, Roosevelt and Universities in Missouri, Massachusetts and Ohio.

I am an accomplished opera singer with many regional credits. I have also sung in several musical theater productions and consider teaching in that style a "specialty. "
