Anti-vaxxer and music director/owner Deonna exposes children and puts them at risk in the name of her miss-informed beliefs. After I made a request that she properly mask herself for indoor classes, her response was to ban us from her classes. In the photo I attached you can see that her alternative, a face shied does nothing to stop the flow of her germs but merely redirects them.

I myself have witnessed the accumulation of spittle around the lower edges of her shield. In an indoor environment her germs are free flowing directly into children who are often too young to keep a mask on their faces.

Summer music camp review only. Our little one liked Emma and her craft and art class (advertised as a surprise class). My assumption was our kid was going to exposed to instruments; ukulele, guitar, and recorder. Pre-purchased the recorder ahead of time. Our little one didn't get any recorder exposure during the camp. She was signed up for guitar but not enough sign ups, so they put her in piano at my request.

There was a mixup in scheduling, so no piano. They crammed a concert production in 4 days. Summer camp was actually structured to do this concert production, and not really focused on instruments and growing the interest of the individual. Wished I saw the agenda of the summer camp before signing up. Went into it blindly. All of the staff was lovely and kind.

Just felt like the concert was more to impress parents for school year sign up than to cultivate actual individual interest. A lot of work was put into the concert. Just my own observation.

I'm so excited to start taking my son to this class on the regular basis. It just seems like it's going to open him up to any gifts he may have. I will update the more I attend. But as for now it just seems like it's going to be so awesome.

Both my boys were Music Rhapsody students from the time they were 6 months old until we moved away, 10 years later. The amount of musical knowledge that was joyfully shared with them is immeasurable and certainly shaped their lives in a positive way. One of my sons will be a senior in high school in the Fall of 2021 and he sings in the Barbershop group and Madrigal (top) choir at his high school.

He also plays piano, drums, acoustic and electric guitar, ukulele and synthesizer. In his free time he writes lyrics and music. Both boys used their Orff skills to perform in a Recorder Consort The other son graduated from high school in 2021 and is pursuing a career in music. He is strictly a drummer, and a very good one thanks to Music Rhapsody.

I remember when the boys were toddlers and they sat around the big drum with Teacher Ute singing and tapping on the drum to the beat "We're gonna drum and drum and drum and stop. We're gonna drum and drum and drum and stop." Well folks. He's not stopping!

FREE TO COME WATCH A SALES PITCH! 1 star for their bait n switch so called "free into to piano session" which is basically trickery into a suprise Multi Level Marketing sales pitch presentation. No actual session or hands on. But a volunteer demo from 1 kid for 5 seconds. Program seems good but left with a bitter disgust for false marketing tactics.

I want my free intro seession so my son could get a feel if he would like the class n lessons not sit in boredom watching a sales pitch! Free to come watch a sales pitch. Wow! thanks for the great value Simply Music. Usually! One would to give away something to come listen a sales pitch with kids. But no they advertise as a free into class. Classic slimeball move! Waisted my time on something you could just put on your website

Lynn has a life dedication to empowering infants to kids+ with music. Music is more than just rythm, harmony, melody/etc. Music & sound it an area of the brain and connected to emotion, memory, expression. She takes this knowledge and cultivates classes that drive fun, learning, and interaction. I'm looking forward to collaborating with parents and people like Lynn that appreciate the power of one of the first of seven intelligences (Howard Gardner of Harvard) that a human develops: music & sound.

And her classes are so fun! Our son loves them and has woken up many times saying the names/songs of the characters he meets and learns about in Lynn's classes. Johanna (one of Lynn's talented teachers) interacts with the kids so well and so natural, including all and increasing engagement when they are ready. We are looking to have Johanna at our son's next birthday party. Thank you Lynn, Johanna, and the Music Rhapsody Team!

Lynn, the owner, is truly a professional and so talented at what she does. My son loves his baby music class and is all smiles throughout the session. It also tires him out so I can get a break while he naps after class : The classes are wonderful and well thought out so babies/toddlers can form a basic foundation for music. Also, the office manager is very easy to reach and has always responded very quickly to my emails.

I appreciate how they send reminders etc - very organized! We also have a holiday show where all the kids perform in December. They offered free unlimited classes during the month so all the children can practice which is so generous of them. We're very happy with the classes and highly recommend Music Rhapsody!

My daughter started attending the Babies and Tots class in February 2018 with Ms Liz and loved it. We have made some great friends and she loves coming to class. Her love for music has grown and now we have MS. Johanna who is fantastic as well. This is a wonderful place to help your children grow to love music. The teachers are amazing

We have been going to Music Rhapsody for over a year and the classes are fine but the problem I have had is they want to nickel and dime you constantly. At one point we were told that the instruments we purchased 6 months prior would not be adequate to continue (they were the exact same just different colors). The last straw for us was we were charged for a full month of classes in December when there are only 2 classes that the school was open for.

My kids have been going to Music Rhapsody for several years now. They started out in the Kids Make Music program. Those classes were fun and engaging, and my kids loved the quality and variety of instruments, as well as the teachers. Last year, my daughter started piano lessons with Teacher Alina (now my son will be starting lessons, too). Teacher Alina is truly a gem. She's upbeat, fun, and has a gift as a piano teacher. She's made a big impact on my daughter's confidence and joy playing the piano.

Music Rhapsody uses a unique and effective approach in teaching piano, so children learn a variety of songs fairly easily and quickly. It seems to make the process more rewarding for kids, and less tedious. It's been amazing to see my daughter grow within these classes. Our overall experience with Music Rhapsody has been fantastic.

At the time I took my 1 yr old there. I absolutely loved her Sammy; however, the materials were super expensive - oh, and that CD just absolutely awful. Of course we lost some of the instruments/toys right away, and there was no way I was going to buy them again. My biggest complaint is their administration. The lady who works there has an IQ of a $*&%. She is unable to communicate the simplest things, like - there will be no class next Monday. It just makes the place seem so unorganized and unprofessional.

Classes were ok but you have to buy your own materials and bring them each time. With 2 toddlers the last thing I need to remember is to bring more stuff and have to carry more stuff. Also the materials aren't cheap and they aren't really things you will ever use outside of the class.

My toddler has been going to Music Rhapsody for over a year. I had my doubts about taking him there when he was under 1 y.o. and not very expressive, but my husband enjoyed it and so we went. Our son is now approaching 2 years of age and he clearly enjoys MR. He also dances up a storm at home, sings certain songs, is curious about musical instruments & stares intently at sheet music when I sing the notes. I see a direct connection between his interest in rhythm & music and what he does at Music Rhapsody. On the negative side, classes can be crowded.

I have attended a workshop with the founder Lynne Kleiner and a 6 week program with an 18months old boy. I especially enjoyed that the program is about the children and their approach to music and not the animated only- teacher- led entertainment you mostly see. The Songs we learned were composed and performed by MR and the CD was part of the starter- kit to our session. (We still listen to it.) The songs are fabulous!

They are child-appropriate and not main-stream "wheels on the bus"- like. As a teacher and caregiver I am very pleased to see real education happen somewhere. I was happy to hear that MR comes to my nieces Montessori- Preschool in Orange County. If I had children I would choose this program, because we need creative minds in the future and not just an ABC and Number repeating Generation.

I've been looking for a place to take my 4 yr old son and finally have found the right place. He really enjoy coming to class. The classes are well structured and I can see that each activity has a purpose while being fun for the kids. Ms. Lynn is the teacher for our class, and she is great with the kids. Have been coming for about 5 weeks and am very pleased so far.

Music Rhapsody has classes at their location as well as at the local schools. I can give a little insight into both. At my son's school, they are awesome and I have met both his teachers who are amazing and wonderful and teach the kids all kinds of fun stuff. And, they have great CDs you can purchase with music that your kids will love forever.

My son even loves the classical music. My particular favorite is the Jungle Beat CD. Try it, you will like it! I tried to take my son here for classes when he was about 12-15 months old. He had a teacher named Brendan who was amazing with the kids and totally fun, not that structured and would dance and sing with the kids. My son enjoyed it, but wasn't 100% into it.

Then teacher Amy took over for Brendan and that's when I decided it wasn't for us anymore. She was structured and would expect the kids to sit down and wait while she brought a puppet around to all the kids and tried to get them to sing "come out". Ok who has a 12-15 month old that sits still? Especially when cars are driving by and people with tricycles?

Not me. So that's why I had to leave. Brendan was cool about the wandering attention but Amy wasn't. And so I will leave you with this. Try it, decide if you like the teacher and if it fits your kids personality, by all means sign up! Try other teachers if you think the one you are with isn't working. I heard from my friends there were some really chill teachers. Music is awesome for young kids!

My son (who is 21 months and has been in the program nearly one year) has thoroughly enjoyed being in the program at Music Rhapsody, and so have I! They have really given thought and time and energy to design a program that really develops music in children. There are a lot of programs out there that are probably very fun, but this is fun AND purposeful in a way that seems really impressive to me.

It is helping my son to not only learn and appreciate music but also really helping his learning in all areas. The classes are engaging and fun and bring in a variety of activities with pitch, rhythm, and movement. My son especially loves the puppets they use, and ALL the kids love the big gathering floor drum! The teachers are good at giving glimpses of the purposes behind certain activities and little insights into child development and what we as parents can do to support our kids in that process of learning and developing. I cannot say enough good about Teacher Ute! She is absolutely fantastic! She is amazing with the kids and so knowledgeable! I highly recommend this program!
