Customer Testimonials

I have been taking piano lessons with Sherin for two years and overall it's been an extremely fulfilling experience. I've started off as a beginner, and she has been extremely patient while helping me achieve my musical goals. Sherin's enthusiasm for teaching is apparent and I feel like she really cares about my progress. I can be a little finicky about the pieces I want to play, and Sherin has always been a good sport about helping me select new pieces to my taste and within my ability. During our lessons she places a strong emphasis on the fundamentals, stressing articulations and technique, while also intertwining musical theory so that I gain a deeper understanding of the music I am studying.

If you are looking for a piano instructor, I highly recommend Sherin!

Ms. Sherin is a great teacher! She has great expertise in the art of playing the piano. Ms. Sherin also cares a lot about her students. During the time I was her student, I participated in the Arizona Study Program and earned the superior honor award each year. Since I am in high school, I am very busy and will have to drop my piano lessons. I hate to leave but I am glad that I have had a very pleasant experience learning from Miss Sherin.

Miss Sherin is an outstanding classical piano teacher! We changed piano teachers and I am just amazed by how much my girls have learned from her. Their growth is so impressive. If you are looking for excellent training for your children, then Tempe Music Studio is the place. She is top-notch!

Matt is a wonderful teacher. He has been teaching my daughter guitar since she was 7 years old. She's stuck with it now for two years, which I'm told is very rare. He has a very easy way about him, which makes his students feel comfortable. I'm very pleased we found Matt. My daughter is now at the point where she and Matt can "jam" together, which is her favorite part. If you are looking for someone to teach you or your child, look no further. I highly recommend him.
