Music Box Arts Music Together is a movement and music approach to early childhood music education for infants, toddlers, preschools and kindergarten children, which is improved through playful activities in mixed-age classes.

Music Together is a research based music program conceived and developed in 1985 in order to assist families, caregivers and educators in stimulating and supporting a kid's musical environment. Basic music competence is developed through learning experiences rather than through structured musical learning concepts, which develops and nurtures musical growth. The experience therefore, is a fun, relaxed and exploratory time that can be continued in the home to enhance the natural development of each child. Family participation in spontaneous musical activity rather than traditional musical performance supports musical development in kids.
Services
Mixed Ages
Report
Most classes are mixed-age groups for kids from birth to 5 years of age. Activities concentrate on the parent/child interaction thereby creating a family atmosphere. Siblings can attend together allowing each child to participate freely. Babies 8 months and younger are free with a registered sibling, and siblings over 8 months pay a reduced tuition.
Creative Dramatics
Report
Takes pieces of music and art and drama and bring them together in a 45 minute class. Children will be able to develop their imagination and creative skills and learn new stories and lessons by drawing, creating music or acting out different parts of favorite childhood books. Each class will involve different skills to bring the story to life. The kids will hear part of a story or a couple of pages then we will stop and bring what we read to life, using the different elements of the arts to do so, then we will go back in and see what is happening in the story. At the end of each class their will be a time to write or draw or say what each kid remembers of the story or what they believe the lesson is. A copy of the books being used will be given after to the parents so the fun can go on at home or the book read before class if you want to jump start their creativitity.
