We offer lessons for adults and children over 6 years old, on Guitar, Violin, Fiddle, Vocal, Mandolin, and Banjo. We have lessons for students of all levels, beginners, (including first time players and adult beginners), intermediate, and advanced. Most lessons are held at our location in Palo Alto, we also have house-call lessons to homes in Palo Alto for Violin, Fiddle, and Beginner Piano, there are no house-call lessons for other instruments. All of our teachers are professional musicians and performers, with years of teaching experience.
We offer lessons at our location on:
-Classical Violin
-Guitar (Country, Bluegrass, Swing, Rock, Classic Rock, Blues, Rockabilly, Folk)
-Banjo (Bluegrass- Scruggs Style, Reno Style, Melodic)
-Bluegrass and Oldtime Fiddle
-Vocal (Country, Bluegrass, or Rockabilly)
-Mandolin (Bluegrass or Celtic)
-Music Theory
-Arranging for bands and songwriters
Private lessons at our location are $30 per hour, or $20 per half hour.
We offer group lessons on Banjo, Mandolin, and Guitar, for groups of friends, or families who sign up together, for up to 3 students. Group lessons are $20 per student, per hour, or $15 per student per half hour.
We offer house-call lessons to homes in Palo Alto on:
-Classical Cello
-Electric and Upright Bass (Rock, Blues, Bluegrass, Folk)
-Beginner Piano
House-call private lessons are $35 per hour, or $25 per half hour. Please contact us about group house-call lesson pricing.
