I teach beginning and intermediate students in a quiet, private studio in my home. I go beyond just covering the basics. I also teach children how to write their own songs using computer music notation software. My goal is to provide them with a life-long love for music.

My name is Jillyne Keene. I teach beginning and intermediate students in a quiet, private studio in my home. You are welcome to observe my lessons.
•Education: I have B.A. Degree in Communication Studies and a 64-Hour Teaching Certificate in Child Development and Early Childhood Curriculum.
•Experience: I have played the piano for 41 years; I have taught lessons for 11 years. In addition, I have three years of experience serving as a church organist and music daycamp director.
•Affliations: I am an active member of the Rappahannock Music Society; I currently serve as their webmaster.
