We have a 35 year tradition of music service to Geauga County. We offer private and small group lessons in our studios. This summer will bring classes as well as our Summer Rock Camp. Lessons are a weekly, 30 minute, standing appointment. We offer make-up lessons. Take lessons for one month or 5 years! Our teachers are highly qualified with just about half of our teachers holding masters degrees! We love to teach students of all ages and abilities. Our instrumentation: Piano, Voice, Guitar, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Sax, Trumpet, Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Percussion, Violin, Viola & Cello.

Products & Services
We have one easy rental plan. 20% savings on the list price and the instrument belongs to you in 20 months or less. Every payment you make applies toward the purchase of the instrument, with no obligation to buy.
Repair and Maintenance (R&M) is an included service that applies for the duration of the rental period. It allows the instrument to be sent in for neccessary, periodic maintenance and the repair of all normal wear and tear. R&M does not cover neglectful or accidental damage.
While your instrument is being repaired, R&M also entitles you to a 'loaner' instrument; no missed practice time.
Geauga Music Center's Education Program consists of ten studios and fifteen teachers in various instruments including: Flute, Oboe, Clarinets, Saxophones, Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba, Percussion, Violin, Viola, Cello, Piano, Voice, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Mallets, Percussion and Drum set. For every instrument, we have more than one teacher or the teacher is available multiple days.
Once you sign-up for a time slot, it is yours until you tell us that you need to change it or wish to discontinue lessons. Should another activity conflict with your lesson time, we will make every effort to schedule make-up lessons or change days/times.
From Our Website
We take pride in being your local music store; we have been in Chardon since 1974 in some form or another. You may remember us from the blue house on Rt. 44 under the name Village Studios or from the greenhouse on Wilson Mills Road under the name The Village Music Shop. Our current director, Anne Marie Wolfe, is the 4th owner of our establishment.
