The Burch School of Music is the only local studio offering Kindermusik classes and piano instruction to all ages and levels. Piano lessons for children (ages 6 through 18) and adults (both beginners and advanced pianists). Lessons for children include instruction in music theory and various performance opportunities. Piano students have frequent opportunities to validate their progress through competitions with other studios throughout Texas (Click) and have access to our digital piano studio for group lessons, or to private lessons either in our grand piano studio or in our upright piano studio.

My two boys have been attending the Burch School of Music since 2014. Dr Holly, Russell and Mr Steve are encouraging and professional. They expect excellence from their students and make learning fun. The Kindermusik courses are a wonderful way to bond with young children and teach music, sharing and communication.

We absolutely love the Burch School of Music! Our 9 year old twins who had taking private piano lessons for 3 years without reaching any success whatsoever have excelled with Mr. Steve as their teacher. The school is also extremely organized and offers numerous performance events for the students. We highly recommend the Burch School of Music.

I really appreciate Russell's approach of learning the chords and progression of playing dexterity, both mental and physical, as the basis for learning. No "repetition until perfect" in playing a song, which is how I learned to play an accordion as a young boy. At 70, I'm working to hold onto my physical and mental capabilities. Piano is one of the few things I'm getting better at doing, which makes learning very special. And Russell makes it even more enjoyable.

Wonderful teachers and overall great experience for my child! Mr. Russell is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with children. My daughter has excelled at piano and loves it due to this school. They also participate in a lot of competitions as well as fun activities all year round. We are very pleased with this music school!

Fabulous! We have been so pleased with the instruction at Burch School, both the adult and children's programs. The instructors are so professional and of the highest caliber, yet also SO personal and caring. Their programs are comprehensive and thorough, fun, and truly improve your playing and your love for music. The Kindermusic program is exceptional for pre- and early schoolers and we have enjoyed their summer camps -- so creative and enriching. Can't imagine anywhere else offering so many programs with such excellence and passion!

My daughter has been a student at this school since she started in Kindermusik at age 3 years. She learned to read music in Pre-K and Kindergarten, and started playing piano in first grade. This is a wonderful school, with a wonderful program. This is not your neighbor lady teaching piano. The students learn music theory, and they compete in music festivals and other musical events.
My daughter has qualified to play at the All State Music Festival hosted by The Texas Federation of Music Clubs for 4 years in a row. Not only has she learned so much and grown as a pianist, but she's had fun doing it. I highly recommend The Burch School. Dr. Holly and Mr. Russell are amazing teachers.

Absolutely love Burch School of Music. My little one looks forward to our time each week to sing, dance and play instruments. I have personally seen growth with following directions, sharing and listening. This is a great way to network with other moms as well. Truly has been a blessing to be a part of such a wonderful class!

Our son, Parker has been with Dr. Holly for 12 years and absolutely loves going to practice each week. I truly believe it is because she is a fantastic teacher with great energy and loves what she does. So of course, who wouldn't want to be around that type environment! You absolutely will not find a better piano teacher than Dr. Holly and Russell!

My daughter has been going to this school for a year now! She has learned more about music and piano in this year then the prior 3 years with a different teacher! She loves Mrs. Holly and everything she does! Mrs. Holly has been so understanding of schedule issues and so supportive of my daughters other extra curricular (She even supports her softball which is a piano teachers worst nightmare).
I love this school! I would recommend checking them out for your kid no matter what level they are at! They provide opportunities to play for the public as well as competitively! Best choice I ever made was changing my daughter to this school.
