Brattleboro Guitar Lessons - Brattleboro, VT

I offer beginner through advanced guitar lessons for all ages in southern Vermont. Styles covered include all sorts of rock, pop, blues, funk, jazz and folk. Music theory and ear training lessons are available as well. They can be integrated into guitar lessons or taught separately. I have realized, after some time teaching, that not all students learn the same way. In fact, almost everyone learns differently.

Brattleboro Guitar Lessons

Nick has been playing the guitar for over 15 years. He has studied guitar at the University of Southern Maine and holds a Bachelors degree in Music Performance with a concentration in Jazz Studies, having graduated Suma Cum Laude.

He has had the pleasure of studying classical guitar under the direction of Keith Crook as well as jazz guitar under Gary Wittner. Nick has also completed intensive guitar repair training with luthier Ivon Schmukler of the Leeds Guitar Building School. He enjoys sharing knowledge of this subject with his students. Along with being a member of MTNA (Music Teachers National Association), Nicholas is also an active member of numerous honor societies.
