I have bought many musical instruments (acoustic bass guitar, drum symbols and sticks, extra large djembe) for my son from Russell over the years. My son is 18 now and these instruments have been investments in his career. Russell and his staff have Always been very knowledgeable and professional and helped me choose quality pieces that Have stood the test of time as my son plays them almost all daily.

As a single parent when I make a purchase it is because I have had to save up for something special for birthdays and holidays. And my son knows what's quality and what's not as he researches things on the internet, he has Always been pleasantly surprised with Everything I've purchased from Russell. We've also taken drum set equipment into Russell for repair and it was always done in very timely manor at Very reasonable and affordable prices as all purchases there have been.

I would recommend anyone who wants to be treated fairly and like a friend shop there. Its good to have a Local Music Shop that offers So Much and goes the extra mile to help you when your trying to give your kid the best you can and every purchase really means something to you. Thanks Russell for your Great service and advice over the years. from a mom who has No musical talent :) my son is glad you were there to help me provide the best my budget would allow ~ most times Better then what I paid.

Terrible service, everyone there has an ego bigger than Texas. Everything is way overpriced but they tell you "don't worry we'll hook you up", if the price tag says $200, it's probably a $50 item. But they'll "hook you up" by selling it to you for $100. Sometimes I need something and decide to bite the bullet and get it there just to have it, I show up and they're closed, business hours on the door say they should be open, today is the second time in a row. Really just terrible way to run a business.

Sorry to say that my first experience was very good when purchasing a keyboard. I would not recommend this store if you want to use them to sell an instrument on your behalf. It will probably be sold, but then you have the hassle, of collecting your money from the owner of the business.

Over priced junk, picture a pawn store. A store full of used beat up equipment that real musicians would not play. The people are not friendly and are for the most part very rude. The only new equipment they have in stock is bottom of the barrel no name junk. This is NOT a store for a parent trying to buy their kid an instrument. You will end up having overpaid for musical equipment that you could have bought for less at Walmart. I don't give this store long for this world. I do not have experience with the lessons or the teachers there so these should not be used to reflect on them in anyway.

These guys are amazing! Russell and Ralph always so helpful and courteous! Russell won't hesitate to give you the best real he possibly can. For piano lessons, Marie is absolutely the best I've ever had! Her emphasis on timing and technique is so helpful and has made me a far better player than I'd imagined!
