Joining The Arlington School of Music, A Division of Arlington Institute of Music and Performing Arts in 1991, Tim Bourne provides instructions in woodwind and brass instruments. His students range from elementary school age through adult and represent all levels of skill. Describing his passion for teaching, Tim says, I love the process of watching a student move from being a beginner to demonstrating a mastery of a piece of music. And learning to play an instrument requires using many different skills together, so the student develops those other skills as well.
