Joe, Devon, Cassy, and Trey were all wonderful today. We played 3 rooms and it was amazing! All of the rooms were extremely interesting and the gamely dynamics were so fun. The hints were usually super helpful and the staff was very friendly. I've played 4 rooms myself here and I'm always amazed at the quality. One of the best escape experiences I've had!

Excellent time! One of the best escape rooms that our family has had the privilege of doing. We had so much fun a lot of twists and turns. Many surprises along the way a great family activity that everyone can participate in! This was one of the activities our family planned and we are so glad we did!

What a blast this place was! The staff are super awesome and the rooms are incredibly detailed. We booked for one room and had so much fun we had to go back and do a second one! Thanks again to the Almighty Chicken Nugget a.k.a. Devon and his crew for an awesome time and we will definitely be back to escape the other rooms!

My group of 5 played the Gold Rush room at 7:15pm on 4/13, and it was a fantastic experience. It was the room recommended to us because we had a mixture of experience levels, from people who had never played to some who had played over half a dozen other rooms. There were several unique puzzles I had never seen before, and the room as a whole was super fun for everyone involved.

The thing that really stood out is how they treated a daughter in the group, who had just turned 11. We only casually mentioned that she was celebrating her birthday, and they went to the effort to set up a surprise "Happy Birthday" banner that included a free gift. We just stumbled upon it in a section of the room, as well as a card that was signed by the whole team.

The personal touch and attention to detail REALLY blew us away and made this stand out. Every person that was new to escape rooms was definitely hooked. I really look forward to trying this particular place out again, and I definitely want to point out all the employees that were present for making it an experience we will remember.

We had a crowd of 8 with us and 5 of them had never played before. The guy that gave us instructions did a great job explaining everything and we were able to escape the prison game with 3 minutes left. Loved it!

Honestly, if I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I went here on one of our stops for our honeymoon. I had done a room with them a while back and this was his first. Very well thought out rooms and you more than get your moneys worth here! From beginning to end the staff and managers were great. We were able to walk in without an appointment and somehow got a room just to ourselves with a little bump up on the time so we wouldn't have to wait as long! (I think the staff members name up front was Laurie who worked with her manager for us.) Our guide through the game was Teresa and she was phenomenal.

She made sure to be very personal and professional with us, and though we needed several clues she gave them in a way to make sure we were still figuring everything out ourselves and not truly giving up any hints. At the end she took the time to talk with us about our experience as well as hers- even let us look around in her favorite room to possibly go back and do it again!

Since the staff were so personable and we talked about our honeymoon they even signed a card congratulating us and gifted us a free t shirt! How awesome! Definitely planning to return with each trip we take to pigeon forge, and recommend everyone we know to do it as well!

My husband and I do a lot of escape rooms! We did 4/5 of the rooms at this place and LOVED them! Super interactive. We both agree these are the best thought-out and set-up rooms to try! We have gone to other places around the area and those weren't near as fun as the escape game! The staff that work it were tons of fun and stayed professional! Strong work! Our personal favorite here was prison break room! But all so fun!

We went here tonight, it was our 1st time doing an escape room and we had a blast! All the staff was so helpful and friendly and suggested what escape would be best for "beginners". We did Gold Rush and it was challenging but not overly hard for our family.we escaped! Our 11 year old son had a blast helping us figure out the clues! We had great fun as a family and we will definitely be back!

The rooms and the setup is awesome! Thanks again to the wonderful staff for giving our family an awesome experience! Our son keeps saying that was his favorite part of our trip!

We did the "Gold Rush" and it was a great experience, well thought out, clean and laid out great. Our guide was Josh and he did a great job being there when we needed him. I would recommend anyone in the area adding this to there todo list. We went back for one more challenge while we were in town and did "The Heist". It was also very challenging. Colby was our guide this time and he also did a fantastic job keeping us focused in times of need. The room was well thought out and very clean.
